The Greensmith is great and worth every penny. They have cared for our yard for years and they have yet to disappoint. Both the office team and the ground crews are professional, knowledgeable, and perfectionists. Our yard looks great year round, the lawn is lush but tidy, the hedges and trees are always trimmed, and there is not a leaf out of place after they visit. On the rare occasion a shrub takes a turn for the worse, it is quickly replaced. The office staff provides as exemplary customer service as the ground crew. They act as though we are their most important customer, despite our small yard. They return calls quickly, usually within an hour, they know my name and our yard, and they are happy to address any concerns (which are rare and usually related to a peaked shrub). In addition to being very responsive in the moment, they are also forward thinking. At least once a year, a staff member will visit to "walk" our yard with me, or my husband, to determine if there are any areas of concern. This practice has allowed us to adapt to changing sun, shade,and soil conditions. We are very happy with The Greensmith and wish every business were as well run and as professional as The Greensmith!

I’ve enjoyed working with Tammy on several landscaping projects. From plant selection to layout/design, she’s amazing at providing options, educating you on pros and cons and working with you on installation. With respect to regular maintenance, Tammy is exceptionally attentive to our property, anticipates what is needed and plans seasons ahead to make our property look its best, with our preferences in mind. She, Rene and the rest of the Greensmith team are super responsive and work hand in hand with the lawn/garden treatment company we use to keep the plants and lawn healthy throughout the year.
